Travel by Parker is a family run business. Each guest's booking and payments are processed by us personally (Robert and Jill Parker) so that we get to know all of our guest’s needs and can provide a more personal service.
We are available by email and by phone (call or text) 7 days a week, with the exception of holidays and dates that we are traveling for our events and for our family vacation.
If you experience a delay in getting a response to a voicemail you’ve left us or an email or text you sent, please know we are working at getting back to you with whatever information you are in need of. We may be away from the office, traveling with one of our groups or waiting on answers to your questions from the vendors associated with your reservation (cruise line, hotel, airline, etc.).
*Due to COVID-19, we are receiving an overwhelming amount of emails, phone calls and text messages daily and are responding to everyone as quickly as we are able. Millions of people have had their travel affected and department closures, along with limited staffing in departments that have stayed open, have caused longer than anticipated delays in response time from vendors. We appreciate your continued patience while we are waiting for the answers you are needing and continually update ourselves with the policy changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
