If you're new to cruising, it may be helpful to know that all guests have an assigned dining time and table for the main dining room.

 

With large groups, such as ours, they assign all guests with the same dining time so that the group and crew can enjoy dining together. Because of our group's size, we've been assigned late dining (8:15 pm). Carolla Cruise guests and crew will be dining together but there are other options available to you if you'd prefer something different. Below is a list of some of the dining options available to you on the Carnival Valor.

 

 

Complimentary Dining Options

 

 

Main Dining Room - Open for breakfast and dinner with the menu changing daily. 

 

 

Lido Restaraunt - Buffet style global cuisine open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

*Casual attire. Shoes and shirts are required.

 

 

Guy's Burger Joint (lunch, early dinner)- Carnival has teamed up with best-selling author, restaurateur, and Food Network personality Guy Fieri to bring all the authentic appeal of a roadside burger shack to Guy’s Burger Joint, the cool poolside spot for hot burgers and hand-cut fries. Try a fresh-off-the-grill burger Guy’s way, or take it off-road to our toppings bar and truly make it your own.

BlueIguana Cantina (breakfast, lunch)- BlueIguana Cantina features freshly made tacos and burritos stuffed specially for your enjoyment.

24 hr Room Service -Pick up the phone and dial-up delicious in-room dining any time— day or night.  A selection of complimentary items available during the day. Premium items and delivery after 10:00 pm are also available for a small fee.

Pizza Pirate - Open 24 hours

 

 

Sea Day Brunch (brunch) - Seaday Brunch brings everybody’s favorite mid-morning meal to your Carnival cruise, and does it right. You’ll enjoy huevos rancheros, special french toast, loaded mac-n-cheese… and yes, more ways to cook eggs than we even thought was possible. Chow down and fuel up — you’ve got lots of exploring to do, across the ship, for the rest of the day.

Mongolian Wok (lunch) - First, select your noodles and veggies. Then tell one of our chefs which sauce and meat you want in the wok. 

 

 

Carnival Deli (lunch, dinner) - Enjoy old-time favorites like a hot pastrami on rye, grilled Reuben, or roasted turkey breast on a country roll.

Bonsai Sushi ( lunch, dinner )- an affordable menu of delectable sushi and sashimi… plus rolls, soups, sides, sake, and desserts.

Steakhouse (dinner) - Turn your special vacation in the direction of delicious — book a table for an unforgettably delectable evening at the onboard Steakhouse. The menu features mouthwatering premium cuts of beef cooked to your exact specifications, as well as a fantastic selection of seafood, entrées, gourmet appetizers... and even a wine list that got the nod from Wine Spectator. (They actually call it the Award of Excellence.) The Steakhouse’s atmosphere pairs remarkably well with, and perhaps even enhances, the culinary creations of the gourmet chefs.

Tip: Like any destination restaurant, reservations are highly recommended, and can be made online after booking your cruise. Your meal includes an appetizer, salad, entrée, side, and dessert.

Seafood Shack (lunch, dinner) - A good seafood dish is quite the catch. However you like yours served — whether it’s on a roll or a platter — Seafood Shack’s the place to cast your net. Imagine a New-England-style seaside spot where you can take it all in, enjoying a great meal complete with a side of ocean view.

Chef's Table ( dinner ) - Treat your taste buds to the experience of a lifetime, culminating in a sumptuous multicourse dinner hosted by the Master Executive Chef. Your VIP experience starts with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for a select group of 14, followed by a tour to see the galley in operation. The evening concludes with a mind-blowing full-service dinner of amazing appetizers, entrees, and desserts not found on our regular dining menus. 

Tip: Reserve early because this once-in-a-lifetime experience has limited seating. Reservations can be made through your online cruise manager or at the ship’s Guest Services desk once onboard.
